Can I bring things to the shop?

You can hand over your belongings to our employees at two locations: Karon store or Kata store. Check locations in menu.

Do you do pick up and delivery? And where?

To hotels, apartments, condos, villas, hobbit caves, beaches...there's not much that surprises us anymore. We usually have clients from Patong, Karon, Kata, Kamala, Chalong, Rawai...for other locations, contact us.

How do you do pick up and delivery?

Usually our employees use a motorbike. If you have a large amount of laundry, or you will use a suitcase to pack it, contact us so that we can consider another means of transport - Car, truck, jet ski, broom... For ethical reasons, we do not use elephants and other animals

Can I order pick up only or delivery?

Of course, as you wish.

What time do you do pick up and delivery?

Pick up is done by our employees during the day, from 9.00 to 20.00. Sorry, no pick up at night. We are reverse vampires..we hunt for orders during the day and sleep at night.
Delivery is from 17.00 to 21.00. Our employee will contact you before delivery.
You don't have to wait for us. We will pick up the clothes and deliver them to the reception with your name and room number

How to order

Where can I place my order?

In shop: You come to the shop and our employee will fill out the form with you.

Pick up/Delivery: You have to fill out the online form. Once the form has been filled out correctly, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.

What are the steps for order?

1. Choose: personal delivery or pick up.
2. Fill out the form (the employee will fill it out in the store).
3. A confirmation message will arrive.
4. Put the clothes in a bag, suitcase and leave it at the reception.
5. Take a photo of the bag at the reception and send the photo and information about leaving the clothes to the number from which you received the confirmation message.
6. We will weigh your clothes in the store and send you a photo with a bill.
7. After processing your order, we will contact you to hand over the laundry

How can I fill the form?

QR code: scan the QR code, which will take you directly to the order form. fill it out and you're done.

Link from the website: You will find a link to the form in several places on the website. Click on the link and you can fill the form out.

Why do I need to fill out the form?

In order for the clothing to be returned to the rightful owner in order, we must be able to identify it. And of course, we must also contact you (usually WhatsApp) to notify you of the completed order. So always fill out the form!
After filling out the form correctly, you will receive a confirmation message.

Why do you need a photo from the reception?

So that we can correctly identify your order and the bags that the courier is supposed to pick up..

Sometimes there is confusion at the reception about what they should hand over to us.

Why to leave my clothes with reception?

You can also hand over the clothes directly to the courier.

For security reasons, we cannot enter the residential area or go to your room.

We use sun drying method, or our special drying chamber.

Sometimes, during the rainy season and with same day delivery we use dryer, but we do not offer this service for delicates.

Do you do dry cleaning?

No. But we can arrange this service for you.

What does Natural cleaning mean?

We use bicarbonate of soda and vinegar to clean your clothes.
In case of heavy soiling and heavy stains, this cleaning may not be 100 percent effective.

Do you use bleach?

We prefer not to use it.
If your clothes are very dirty or with heavy staining, if you ask us, we may use it.

But not every stain will go away with bleach.

Can I send/bring the clothes in my own bag/suitcase?

Yes, of course. It's a pretty common request. We will bring your bags back.

Can I send/bring the clothes in a hotel bag?

Please do not do this. Hotels do not like this. Use plastci bag or suitcase.

How do I pay? Can I pay by Card?

Right now we accept only cash. We are working on a better solution.

How do I pay in shop?

When you bring your clothes in, our employee will weigh them, check them and issue you a bill. You will pay to our employee.

How do I pay with Pick up and Delivery?

We will pick up your clothes, weigh them in the store and issue you a receipt. We will send you a photo of the receipt and the scale on WhatsApp. You can give the money to the courier when the clothes are delivered, or leave it in an envelope at the reception. Please write our name, your name and room number on the envelope.

Why aren't you cheaper?

There are many cheap laundry shops around. We never aimed to be the cheapest shop. We deliver quality and european standards.

And quite frankly, we believe in paying our employees fairly. They work hard and we want them to earn their living, not slave themself.

Do I get discount?

We hold promotions for loyal customers throughout the year. Our employee will inform you about the ongoing promotion when it is available

Something went wrong

We will not pretend that mistakes do not happen. We have reached today's level of service thanks to past mistakes too and the lessons we learned from them. We have adjusted our work process, trained our staff and we are always learning and looking for new knowledge.
